Krishivan Research Centre, in collaboration with Tula’s Institute, Dehradun, successfully conducted an Add-on Certificate Course on Agro Technology Processing & Value Addition and Hi-Tech Nursery Management for B.Sc. Agriculture students from 19th to 28th March 2026. The program was designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical agricultural applications, focusing on skill development and innovation in the agri-sector.
Throughout the training, participants were exposed to modern agricultural technologies, nursery management techniques, and value addition practices, enabling them to gain hands-on understanding of sustainable and market-oriented agriculture. The sessions emphasized practical learning, field exposure, and real-world applications to enhance students’ technical capabilities and entrepreneurial mindset.
The initiative, supported by Krishivan as a Technology Resource Centre (TRC) under UCOST, Government of Uttarakhand, reflects a strong commitment towards capacity building, agri-innovation, and empowering future agricultural professionals. The program served as a valuable platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and strengthening industry-academia linkages.
